Welcome to our online survey hosted by Jackson Family Foundation (a private family foundation exploring the role Christian churches currently play in foster care) and FaithBridge Foster Care (an organization helping churches develop independent foster care ministries).

FaithBridge Foster Care is currently beta testing our independent foster care ministry in four Atlanta area churches with wonderful results. (To learn more about us, go to www.FaithBridgeFosterCare.org.)

We are seeking input from pastors nationwide as we prepare for a period of growth. We need your opinions and guidance as we position our ministry, prioritize our ministry offerings, and present our story to other pastors. Overall, your input will assist us in transforming foster care by engaging local churches and their existing support systems and ministries.

We know your time is extremely valuable, so the survey should take 10 minutes to complete.

The purpose of the survey is two-fold:

1) To gauge your awareness of the foster care situation locally and nation-wide.

2) To expose you to our current foster care ministry model and garner your impressions and opinions.

We are surveying over 3,000 churches nationwide, and will be glad to send a copy of the survey results to you in December, 2009. This is a great opportunity to see how churches nationwide are ministering to foster children and foster families.

Thank you in advance for your participation.
